How are you? How your studies are going? I am fine but I misa you a lot. You will be happy to know that our school has organised sports day 2 days ago.
I had participated in Badminton and Relay race and guess what I got 1st prize in Badminton and 2nd prize in relay race.
Did you remember I always used to say that one day I will win the badminton match when you tease me. I am so happy to be the 1st runner up in badminton. I will be coming to meet you the next week and I will wait for your e-mail.

Dear Rakesh,
I hope this letter finds you with the best of your health. I received your letter yesterday and I am glad to know that your college session has started after summer vacations. I have made some new friends here in the last two months but I miss you a lot.
You have asked me in your letter about my sports day that was held on the 21th of September in our school. The school was decorated very beautifully with flowers and balloons on that day. Our Principal of the school was the chief guest. He raised the flag with the national anthem and declared the sports day open.
I participated in two events and won the second prize in the 100 meter race. My class fellows took part in various games like high jump, long jump, relay race and various other races. There were some team events as well like football, volleyball and tug of war. The chief guest gave the medals to the winners. I with my friends enjoyed a lot. It was indeed a day of great joy for us.
