Dear xyz,
Hope you are doing well, and are happy in the new city. Today I am writing this email to tell you about an exciting cricket match that took place between our school team and another school team and how we won it.
The toss was won by the other team and they chose to bat. They played really well but both our teams struggled to give our best. They gave us a challenging target of 190 runs in 25 over’s. Even thought the competition was tough we still gave our best. The audience also cheered us up which gave us a lot of motivation. Even though we lost three wickets soon, but we still managed to score 200 runs and won the trophy. The Principal and the teachers of our school appreciated and congratulated us.
