Subject - Summary of market research.

Sir,

I have completed my market research and here is the brief of the same. The results stated that our company is more favoured by people aged between 25 to 35. But the rival finds itself more popular among teenagers.

This relates to the quality and look, our product requires quality while their product is sold on basis of appearance.

To summarise the results, we need to work more on long-lasting products with a different look. Hope the work contributes to the growth of the company.

Thank you,

Yours truly,

Ridhi Saxena.

Subject: Main differences between our company, The Grocery Hub, and our competitor, The Fresh Basket.

Dear Mr. Park,

I hope this email reaches you in good health. I did market research on the customer behavior differences between our company, The Grocery Hub, and our competitor, The Fresh Basket, and would like to give a summary of the same to you.

Our customer base has been the since past 2 years whereas their customer base keeps changing that means we have a loyal customer base and they get a new market at different intervals. I observed that they don't provide premium membership like our company does, which might be a significant reason for having a loyal customer base.

That is a positive sign but we need to come up with a strategy to attract a new customer base. I would like you to prepare a deck on the same and present it in the coming week.

Best regards,

Ron Shaw.
