I am one of your students studying in tenth standard. I am writing this email to describe how I have celebrated this Diwali. Deepali is a festival of lights. It helps us to free from the dark of ignorance to light of knowledge. It also rejuvenates our lives fresh start. Unlike every year, this year we observed this festival by visiting orphanage and old age homes. we gave inmates sweets and new dresses instead of buying and bursting crackers. we felt the essence of the festival by lightning the lamps. It is useless to spend money to buy crackers as bursting crackers pollute air and noisy. We had our tasty and delicious food prepared by our mom. We wish to celebrate this festival in this manner forever. This is one of most memorable festival I ever had. I request you to educate all our classmates to celebrate this festival meaningful and memorable.
