Hope you are doing well. I am writing this letter to express my views about sports. In my opinion, sports should have a compulsory subject in school sports. It keeps body healthy. It also has beneficial effects on our brain. It inculcates discipline, sense of cooperation. It enhance aerobic fitness and helpful in mental growth of student. It also improved joint flexibility and maintains blood pressure. It must have to made compulsory in school.
