Sir,
Govt. Degree College is proposing to take the students to Ooty in the summer vacation. We are aware of the fact that during summer the number of tourists is numerous. However, we expect that you will make the necessary arrangements for the comfortable stay of the college tour-party as most of the students and teachers are the members of the Youth Hostel Association of India. We are sending a recommendation letter from the General Secretary, Youth Hostel Association of India, New Delhi urging you to make the necessary arrangements for the stay at Ooty. Moreover, we are a party of twenty, including sixteen male-students, two teachers and two attendants and we are likely to reach Ooty on 10-6-2016 and hope to stay up to 12-6-2016.
