When we speak of being a good leader, there are a lot of things you can say about it. In your own opinion what makes a good leader? Whether one is an office manager or a project leader.

A leader should be be able to clearly and succinctly explain to your subordinates everything from organizational goals to specific tasks. Leaders should make themselves regularly available to discuss issues and concerns with everyone in the group.

A good leader should be motivated and will serve as an inspiration. You must learn what motivators work best for your co leagues or team members to encourage productivity and passion.

Good leaders support others and bring others into their circle who can provide the counsel they need. They should realize how large their tasks are and find the resources and people they need to generate support, which is vital for success.

There are a lot of things to define a good leader, you can site your opinion about it or do some research. Brainstorm with your friends they might also have their own idea of how to be a good leader. Collect as many as you can and narrow them down to pick the most of it.
