Golgi apparatus or Golgi complex (bodies) was first discovered by Camillo Golgi. It is the packaging center of a cell. It is present in Eukaryotic cells. It helps in packaging of proteins, lipids(fats) and different substances of the cell . It packages substances of cell before they reach different parts of cell. It is made up of double membrane, tubules and vesicles. With out it, a cell can't use it's substances. Thank you.
