Life in a hostel is helpful to the students. It teaches them a sense of responsibility and they become self-dependent. Hostel life teaches many lessons — self-dependence, self-reliance, and disciplined way of life. Most importantly they will adjust to all kinds of situations.
Best things about Hostel Life :
Only Hostelers know, to wake up at 8.20 and to be in class at 8.30.
If you have never stayed in hostel then you will never realize the importance of Maggie.

Hostel makes you emotionally strong day by day. There are many people who break you but there are some people who will stand with you.
Hostel will never give you friends it will give you brothers.(some of them are like Duryodhan and some of them are like Arjun).
You had a fever not to worry there are around 500 people ready to help you.
You can find real you in hostel. (Your strength, your weaknesses without help of others. )
You can become manager of your life without doing MBA. You can easily learned to manage your money, your time.(Many of my friends manage their parents and girlfriend).
You can understand values of your parents in life. For me parents are like those who fulfill my desire this was my thought before joining hostel. But hostel taught me parents are those who fulfill my desire even by killing their desire. This selfless character of my parents is show by hostel.
Hostel taught me being liar is good sometimes.You should not share your every problem to your parents. Sometimes you should fight alone.( Mom:— how are you son ? Do you like there? Me:— yes mom I loved this place.) Everytime I was lie to my mom when I said I loved hostel but this make me more stronger each time.
and last but not least, The life long memories and Friends.!! :)
