Healthy life is one of most important thing in our life. To be healthy a healthy diet should be followed by each and every person . Nowadays the life of human being is maximum 60(age) because of impurity of food and also doing exercise and some yoga . Doing yoga and exercise is also not a solution but we need to maintain diet and doing some work .These days many people are going for gym because they want to be healthy. In Olden days people used to be healthy ,fit and they used to be 10 to12feet of height because of their work and food .In that time there was no gyms but they was healthy. These days many people are willing to do jobs in software or they want to do a job by sitting under AC. Junk food is also a reason that which is spoiling our health . So not only doing exercises and we have to maintain proper diet ,eat healthy vegetables and fruits and also do some work.
