The top two deeds I find that have gave me immense joy and satisfaction are deeds that I usually do often. One is that I simply smile at people. If I don't feel threatened by the person and I notice that they may be having a bad day I make sure to smile at them. In a way I feel that it brightens their day and makes them feel not so alone in this world where people don't usually smile at strangers. The second deed I would say is the time where I saw someone walk by me and money suddenly dropped out of their backpack. Instead of keeping it I decided to rub after them and give them it back. They were very thankful and nice to me. Though I did not get anything material from it, I did feel really good about it. The only time I ever feel regret from doing a good deed is if I help someone out of the kindness of my heart and they person does not appreciate my kindness. That would be the only time I would feel bad.
