My Most Memorable Trip was in Hong Kong where 1.25 million chickens were killed due to outbreak of dreaded bird flu.
I m newly divorced and working as pizza delivery for nine months when call came in for delivery to Eastern Ave, Manchester, NH.
Its much different than inner city I grew up in.
Buildings riddled with bullets and streets filled with thugs and part of town I grew up was labeled “Combat Zone”.
I was excited to deliver that section of town as its been known to tip well.
Iam unable to realize that its an address of an old high school crush.
After delivery I knocked on that ladys door “Donna would you be offended if I ask for your number?” I inquired.
“Not at all” she told and she reached for pen out of my short pockets.
She didn’t understand that I already has her number.
It listed on pizza box from first encounter.
Phone calls and dates were next step.
We exchanged stories regarding work history, education level and more significantly moral standards and family values.
She elaborated how disturbed she was regarding her mom’s demise at her tender age.
My most memorable trip was a trip to Mumbai , the film city or the city of dreams. When I entered the city , I saw the board of Aamchi Mumbai and I was truly very happy because it was my dream to come here. Aamchi mumbai means welcome to Mumbai . I saw the house of the India 's richest man Mukesh Ambani . The name of the house was Antilia. I saw the shooting of the movies and the most important thing is mumbai is made with two words mumba + ai Mumba is a sacred godess of that place who is also named as Mumba devi , we went to her temple also . We took a guide with us who told us about mumbai and many important things about the city. We stayed there for a week and perhaps it was one of the best experiences of my life. I truly recommend everyone to once visit this beautiful city of dreams.
