From the ancient period of Civilization forest has been played a great role in human life and the whole nature. Men use the trees forest as their living place, shelter, the source of food, weapons to protect themselves. They worshipped the trees as god. We get food, fruit, flowers, seeds,medicines from the trees. We protect ourselves from scorching heat of the sun under the shade of trees. Trees supply us with wood to manufacture furniture. Trees harbour many birds and creatures. Trees give shelter to many animals which again in t urn serve human being. Above all by means of photosynthesis trees maintain the supply of oxygen. Trees absorb carbon dioxide and give us oxygen for us to survive. Trees control flood, prevent land erosion. But nowadays men have been so cruel that they don't think at least once before cutting the blessing of God. Trees are randomly cut down for the modern civilisation, to build Industries, big building etc . As a result the environment is getting polluted . Recently cutting of trees leads many places to deserts. We must be careful to save the trees . The time has come to protest . Many poets, writers have penned about it. We have to to make people aware. We, the students should take a great role to rescue our mother nature . We must not forget that "Trees are our best friends ". Let's make our thoughts beautiful, the nature beautiful.
