Morning walk is one of the best exercise in the world. Morning walk creates a habit of waking up early in morning and inhaling fresh air in morning keeps us healthy. It creates a positiveness in our mind and removes the excuse of 'i will do it later' which also helps in character building. Walking in morning actives our body systems which increases our pulse rate , perspiration begins to flow and we feel a sudden alterness in ourself and our environment. Walking in morning also improves our mood throughout the day which is beneficial to us. Thus there are a number of benefits in morning walk, we should go for a morning walk.
