He was assassinated i the year April 1865.He was a states person a lawyer and democrat where he led his state through the civil war of, which was the bloodiest of all times and led t other structure of the government in the USA.

He was the president who abolished slave trade , strengthened the government and even led to the structure of the modern federal government.

He was the head of the Whig party whose main agenda was to stop slavery.

Lincoln was unique as he was self educated and grew from a poor background in Kentucky.
