Acharya Shri Mahapragya was a religious saint of svetambar Terapanth of Jainism. He was the tenth head of it. Born on 14th June, 1920 in Tamkor,Rajasthan, he was a great philosopher with leadership of spirituality. The great poet and author died on 9th May, 2010 and the samadhi was performed in Sardarshahar.

At such a young age of ten years old, he addressed himself as the monk of Jainism. He developed a character building in the name of "science of living" for the young student.

In order to spread the message of humanity, harmony and peace he walked for 100,000km reaching out to 10,000 villages.
