People living far from their motherland also celebrate this festival where they live, so nowadays it can also be seen across the world. Bihar is very famous for Chhath puja.Chhath puja is one of the most important festivals of UP and Bihar which lies in the North-East part of India. It is celebrated in the Shukla paksha, 6th of Kartika (a Hindu month). It is an auspicious occasion and is celebrated every year. In this puja, people keep fast for 3 days. It can be done by either male or female. Who so ever wants to fulfill their wish they pray to Chhath Mata.

Diwali:

• Diwali is a every one enjoying day. Diwali is the festival which is radiational followed by all religion in India especially Hindus. It is usually celebrate in the months of October or November the reason for celebrating Diwali is the story behind evil narakasura and lord rama. when rama killed evil narakasura, people in Ayodhya celebrate it by sharing sweets fireworks lighting etc.
• Ayodhya is fully filled with happiness and the celebrate with it  like a grand festival. Now people celebrate is Diwali by wearing new clothes and sweets cracking fireworks and the lighting lamps.

Chhatt:

• Chhatt puja is a famous festival celebrate by Hindus. It is four days long celebrating festival. goddess chhatti maiya is worshipped during this festival.
• In this festival falls two times in a year comes. A more delicious sweet dish Thikari  dry sweet. thekua has the most value of this festival.
• During this festival, people observe fast for three days. in this festival setting and rising sun is work shipped. women perform all rituals standing in the water like a praying offering etc. it be a mainly celebrated in Bihar Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand
