Answer:

Explanation:

Dr. B.R. Ambedkar, popularly known as Babasaheb Ambedkar,  was  one  of the architects of the  Indian Constitution and a  Buddhist  revivalist. He was a well-known politician and an  eminent  jurist. Ambedkar’s efforts to  eradicate the social evil  like  untouchability  and  caste  restrictions  were  remarkable.  The  leader, throughout his life, fought for  the  rights  of the Dalits and other  socially  backward classes. Ambedkar was  appointed as the nation’s  first  law minister in the  cabinet of Pt. Jawahar Lal Nehru. Born into a poor untouchable family, he spent his whole life  fighting  against  social  discrimination.  Overcoming  numerous  social  and financial  obstacles,  Ambedkar  became one of the  first  ‚untouchable‛  to  obtain a college education in India. Eventually earning law degrees and multiple doctorates for his study and research in law, economics and political science from Columbia University  and  the  London  school  of Economics  Ambedkar  returned  home as  a famous  scholar  and  practiced  law  for  a  few  years  before  publishing  journals  , advocating  political  rights  and  social  freedom  for  India’s  untouchables.
