India is known as the Land of Festival. Indians enjoy each and every festival here with happiness and with spirit. Due to varied culture and heritage there are some festivals which are celebrated by a particular religion. On the other hand, many festivals are celebrated by each and every person in India.

Festive occasions not only brings joy but also brings unity among them as they celebrate the festivals together. Diwali, Holi and Christmas are the festivals which are celebrated by every Indian with spirit. Such a festival which is celebrated by each and every one with same enthusiasm spread a feeling of oneness amongs all.

Let's see some examples. People from different states comes to Amritasar in Punjab to visit Golden Temple or Taj Mahal in Agra. The celebrations of Ganesh Chaturdhi festival in places like Mumbai, Pune and Hyderabad, Dussera celbrations in Kolkata and Mysore, the Onam celebrations in Kerala, Janmastami celebrations all over the country are few examples in which we see different people of different castes celebrating or visiting other caste's places.

This is the true spirit in India where in other parts of the world you won't observe. STILL WE ARE BONDED BY THE THREAD OF GANDHIJI'S MANTRA.
