If I were principal of the school, I would be kind, and if children went to my office, I would talk to them and see how to help them listen to their teacher. I would help the teachers to help the students with projects and baking stuff. I would make the lunch ladies have a break during the day.

Most the ways, rules and regulations have become outdated and need changes. We have a load of work for the students and hardly have they found time to play.

The school starts in the morning with assembly and much time is wasted there. If I become the principal I would stop all those long lectures about discipline and hard work. I would encourage the students to share their thoughts and experiences with their schoolmates and the teachers could guide the students with their comments on what they share with them. I would tell the students short stories with a moral in them so that they could learn some good values without undergoing the burden of the tedious lectures.

Various businessman and successful people are achieving heights. This is because of their good manners and skills. If a boss does not speak properly with his employees then they will leave the job. Our parents have always taught us to respect our elders. Because if we won’t respect our elders then our Youngers will not respect us. Respect also comes in good manners. Respect is one of the most essential needs of a person. Moreover, many people work really hard to earn respect. Since I was a child I have always heard from my parents that respect is the utmost thing you should aim for. Therefore everyone deserves respect in life.
