The three essential factors for empowerment are Learning, Labour and Leadership.
together they are called 3l
•learning helps a woman to know about her rights , her society etc. and helps her to grow to a very great extent
•labour the hardwork of a woman lets her show the potential inside her,and helps in making her dreams come true
•leadership is one of the most important factor towards women empowerment , it helps a woman in taking an initiative to do something good for the society and do something good for it, it also helps in changing the point if view of the society towards many things
most importantly the 3ls together helps in bringing a revolution and empowering women.
