Experience of Manali Trekking

I want to pen down some exciting experience of trekking in Manali with you. My summer vacation is still going on and I want to tell you that how I enjoyed the journey with my friends in Manali. Firstly, I want to tell you that rappelling was very joyful and scary because I did rappelling first time in my life and from this much high altitude. The weather was so much cool that it dropped down till -2 degree Celsius. Now I want to tell you about the pure and cold water was medicinal remedy for us as it relieved us from joint pain, knee pain and many more things. The hot steaming water kunds in Manikaran were so natural that all the tiredness of our body was relieved and in the gurudwara, the dal, rice and other food items are boiled in the hot steaming water kund. I was very excited for going to shop for first time also alone. I didn’t go to snow line chanderkhani because it was very cold and I was not feeling better. The local people were also too polite and respectful. The guides with us in trekking were also so good, because they also supported the first trekkers who reached first but also the last trekkers who reached last for some problem. In the base camp of Dobhi, sir also gave us “A bowl of knowledge” on the topic ecology and environment. We all were given love by escorts like our parents and care like their own kids. I was so surprised that I and friend who were in pair in drawing and painting competition that we got third prize and my face was like  this. When we were going to leave the base camp and departure of Chandigarh and manikaran, I was like I am leaving my second home. I enjoyed a lot in Hidimba temple because its carving was so beautifully done. At last, I tell you that I am missing the journey and friends and enjoyed a lot…..

Dear Shivam,

Thank you very much for your letter. This summer was a memorable one. In June, I went to a school camp. It was very interesting. There we were getting ready for the upcoming exams, went to the pool, a library, and an exhibition hall, and visited the archive, which stores old letters, newspapers, magazines, and books on the Great Patriotic War.

July was the most memorable month. I spent it in Krasnodar with relatives. The weather was wonderful. All day long we swam in the Black Sea, sunbathed, examined the local attractions, and visited the museum, cinema and a huge gift shop. The sea was so good I did not want to leave it.

August I spent at home. I finally managed to read the book Antoine de Saint-Exupery’s  "Favorites". I also began to learn Spanish. This language is very beautiful. In the evening, I walked with friends, together we are having fun.

Tell us more about your visit to Crete.  What was the most unforgettable? What did you eat in the local restaurants?
