August 15, 1947 is India's day of independence and hence this day is celebrated as India's Independence Day in the form of festival every year. During the festivals of the Red Fort, the speeches are given by the Prime Minister after flag and national anthem, after which three Indian armies perform their power, as well as many colorful incidents, as displayed through Indian states.
