Indeed letter-writing is an art. There are letters very personal, private and they share the subtlest feelings and emotions with a person intimate to you, with a person in whom you have confidence, with a person who can understand your grievances. You can allow your unite rusted flow of thoughts in a steady, endless stream in a private letter, you write a personal, very personal letter when our talk heart-to-heart, when you write with all your heart. A letter to your wife, son, daughter, sister, brother, uncle, aunt, nephew or niece is a letter, frank, open-minded and full of the tenders feelings. A personal letter may contain nothing substantial but it is a letter which brings some memories back when read some years after it was written. The voice of a dead person whom you loved most speaks through a letter and this is indeed a moment of most intense emotion. You preserve the letter of a dead relative as you preserve his photograph. In the photograph you see the dead person and in his letter he speaks in a muffled voice.
