Patna is the capital city of the Indian State of Bihar. About 1.7 millions people live in Patna. It is a very old city and has a history of at least 2500 years. It was famous for its educational Institutes which during those days attracted scholars from all over the world. Gautama Buddha who started Buddhism had also visited the city. Deposite being a Hindu majority city Patna also has many Muslims and many masjids. People in Patna speak Hindi, Bhojpuri, Maithli and Urdu. When founded Patna's old name was Pataligrama and later in to Patliputra which was the capital of Magadha Empire, before changing in to the current Patna.
Patna is the Capital of Bihar State Having own Different cultures and Different language like Bhojpuri language. Most of the IAS Officer and iitian Belongs to these states. Patna is Good city as well as Oldest city of india , Bihari people are poor but rich in Sympathy. Patna played a major role in the Indian independence struggle like Champaran movement against the Indigo plantation and the Quit India Movement of 1942. In Patna, There are 4 rivers in Patna -Ganga, Sone, Gandak and Punpun and The 10th Guru of Sikhs- Shri Guru Govind Singh Ji was born here. Patna. Famous Actor of these state in bollywood are Satrughan sinha , Manoj Bajpayee, Sonakshi Sinha, Pankaj Tripathi, Sushant Singh Rajput, and Neha Sharma . Patna is more famous for the politics and fight for Ram mandir and Masjid.
