One of the finest document and lengthiest ever drafted is the constitution of India. The Constitution of India has 395 Articles and 12 Schedules. Also, the constitution of India came into force on 26th January 1950. However, with its formulation, it was doubted by many upon its operation whereas, with its framework, it led no area untouched. It provides a relation between areas of operations and various institutions for the executive, the judiciary and the legislature. In order to smoothen the governance and administration, it provides for central services. It also provides the distribution of power between states and the unions by defining the administrative relations, financial relations and legislative relations.
