Importance of exercise and a healthy diet -

• Introduction : The exercise is the physical training of our body for making it better. And,the healthy diet is a proper food consumption to maintain our health.

• Necessities : We know that physical fitness and good health are very important for ourselves. And,we cannot purchase the physical fitness and good health. To gain physical fitness we have to do exercises and to get a good health we have to follow a healthy diet.

• Benefits : If we add regular exercises and a proper healthy diet in our daily routine then our body will become better in every aspects,we will face less diseases and our working capabilities will surely increase.

• Conclusion : We already discussed that the exercises and proper diet can bring many benefits. But, absence of exercises and proper diet can bring negative things. So we should definitely include exercise and healthy diet in our daily lives.

               Importance of Exercise and Healthy Diet

Both exercise and healthy food are pillars for a healthy and successful life. Exercise helps in preventing excess weight gain or maintaining weight loss. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories. Exercise keeps your blood flowing smoothly, which decreases your risk of cardiovascular diseases. In fact, regular physical activity can help you prevent or manage a wide range of health problems and concerns, including stroke, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, depression, and certain types of cancer, arthritis and falls.  

Exercise is not beneficial for body, but mind and emotions also. Exercising regularly for 30-45 minutes daily has great effects on the health of your brain. It also helps to improve mood. Exercises also helps in the creation of new neurons, due to this it keeps mental disorders like Alzheimer's or Parkinson's at bay. Regular exercise helps to increase the level of brain chemicals, which are responsible to make new brain cells and establishes connections between brain cells to help us learn and grasp new things. Physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier and more relaxed.

Healthy food is good food. It has all the essential nutrients and elements that the body requires to stay healthy and function optimally. Scientific research has confirmed any lack of essential nutrients may lead to poor functioning of body systems and an ailment may affect the body. Healthy food contains all the vital vitamins and minerals.  

All of us must take care of these two aspects to lead a great life.
