In India, Bihar has the third largest population and nearly 85% of the population resides in villages. Being the center of learning it has lagged behind in terms of economic and social development. However it has been claimed that due to lack in government policies it has resulted in backwardness. In Bihar most of the students are enrolled in CBSE board over their state board. Being the toughest board, Bihar board schools have no facility of proper teachers and infrastructure. Due to poor facilities it creates huge mismatch between the supply and demand. Such problem has arisen due to the increase in population. Further the students are flooding to other states to seek opportunities in education.
