Dear Manager,
This is to inform you about the conditions of your so-called esteemed hostel. Last week, I and my friends visited Rambha and stayed at your youth hostel for 3nights and four days. You can check your directory, the booking was made under my name, Deepak Joshi. We booked the stay from bookingless.com as the pictures of the property looked good as well as the reviews. But the experience was horrible. We did not get hot water even though asking for it more than 5times. The behavior of the staff was pathetic and they were extremely rude and did not prove any help. Not only that, the rooms were soggy and dirty. We have asked for clean sheets multiple times but in vain. This is no way you should be treating your customers. The hospitality and the stay both were horrible in their ways. I will never recommend your hostel to anyone and have already reviewed your hotel on Google.
However, I am willing to take it down if you are open to suggestions. Either hire new staff or train the staffs you already have so that the customers feel welcomed there. Keep the rooms clean every day and ensure that the room service is working when needed. The walls need to be maintained as well. The hostel is located in an excellent spot, please do make use of it and ensure the improvements.
