yess it should be lowered to thirteen ... in olden days children did not have any platform to showcase their talent but now we are lucky that technology is developing and we are having many opportunities... we are having sense of good and bad so if we have that I don't think that anyone can stop us... AGE IS NOT BARRIER TO BEGIN

Topic: Should the voting age be lowered to thirteen
India, a vast democracy since 1947, allows its citizens to elect the representative of their choice who will take reasonable decisions for the country on behalf of the people. But unfortunately, the people who can decide are restricted to the age of eighteen and above. We, who can also take reasonable decisions are forced to just look at what is going on and regret why were we born in this country. Well, I do so.
Most of the youths of our country are able to take reasonable decisions, think logically & act rationally. Wait!!! Youth does not only mean people above 18, it also means people below it. They can think and decide what is good for them and what is bad & hence what is good for the country and what is bad. They can analyse the situation of the country better than people above 18, because this is the period when humans have the most conscious mind and body. They can decide which representative is saying the truth and who is pretending as if he/she is saying the truth.
Its high time we should think about the need of the hour not the working of the country. And this hour needs reasonable and logical thinkers and rational worker. And even the people of 13 can do this. So it's not just an opinion it's the need of the country for its proper and well functioning that the voting rights should also be given to people who are not above 18 that is the voting age should be lowered to 13 or so.
