The modern and future eras belong to WOMEN! There is infinite untapped potential in women for everything. Women are perfectly suitable for any sport, adventure, exploration, and any field. Women have already proved their mettle all spheres. Space exploration, research and development, science and medicine, politics, financing, management, education, and whatnot, women have set higher standards than man.
The world has been dominated and led by men so far. Under their reign, the world has gone through many wars. Women were never given the freedom to have their say in the administration of national and international affairs! The question arises: would the world have been a better place, if there were more women leaders in the past? The women by nature are calmer and more staid than men. They would have found peaceful solutions to the conflicts that caused so many wars. There would not have been world wars, if there were more women leaders in Europe, America, and Russia. Women deserve a chance. Man has had his! He has failed miserably. Let’s give the women the turn to run the world. They will keep the world as spic and span as they keep their homes with the caring industry and motherly responsibility. Under their care the world will become one big family, devoid of wars, crimes, greed, and avarice. Let’s empower women for a better, brighter, and more peaceful world.
Women have been doing an excellent job in running not only families, organizations, but countries also. Indian women have always been exceptionally talented. They have contributed equally in bettering the society since ancient times. However, their recent success stories have been quite impressive! Even in other fields such as politics, industry, defense, space exploration, and research and development, they have made their presence felt. Recently first batch of women fighter pilots was commissioned in the Indian Air Force. All these are positive indicators of what they are capable of. Well the future is really very bright for them.
It is matter of great pride that many women scientists are project leaders at ISRO and DRDO. They have successfully led many missions into space and missile test fires. ISRO has brought unprecedented laurels to the nation by its successful Mars Mission, 104 satellites launch in one lift-off, and Geosynchronous Satellite Launch Vehicle-Mark III (GSLV-Mk III), on 5 June 2017. Women such as Ritu Karidhal, Deputy Operations Director, Mars Orbiter Mission, Nandini Harinath, Deputy Operations Director, Mars Orbiter Mission, Anuradha TK, Geosat Programme Director at Isro Satellite Centre have played pivotal role in this humongous success. So women must come out of the four walls of houses and kitchens and take an active role in spheres. Who knows with their coming out of the four walls of houses is directly related to the establishment of permanent peace, prosperity, and progress of the world?

Man and women are one of the major components of society. Since the formation of the society, there has been discrimination on how society looks on both the genders. It is through the lens of the society that we build our conceptions. Women are considered as being inferior to men on the aspect of physical strength and working capabilities. Although this has been a prejudiced concept still the society moves on with this thought and idea. Women have always been deprived of certain things which only men get the liability to enjoy all together.
