Its high time that men have reigned all these years and now women should be given the power to take fruitful decisions. The quality of mettle in women makes them perfect for this role. Women have greatly sacrificed in every phase of their life let it be work, education, household, parents and so forth. Calmness, forbearance, and patience are the key nature of a woman. She is capable of facing pressure and is dynamic. Therefore, now is the time that women must take over and that men have failed.
