When we dissolve one crystal of potassium permanganate in water of 100 ml the water colour get change and become purple and when we take 10 ml of this water and put it in other beaker containing 90 ml of water it changes it's colour again but this one is lighter then the first .Then again we took 10 ml of second beaker and put it in water of 90 ml in third beaker it will change its color again this process keep going . Each time the colour of water is becoming light . By which we can see only one crystal of potassium permanganate can change the colour of about 1000 ml of water by diffusion . So we conclude that particles are so small
