  1. take two plants , mark A & B , put A plant under sunlight and B under dark for 24 hours or for a week.
  2. after that , take leaves from both A&B .
  3. put iodine solutions on both of them .
  4. in case of A plant leaf will not turn into blue black in colour it proves present of starch.
  5. in case of B plant leaf will turn in blue black colour which indicates absence of starch.

  • 6CO2 + 6H2O --sunlight and chlorophyll-------------> C6H12O6 + 6O2 + water vapour and energy is released . if carbon dioxide is absent this process is unable to carried out .
