Health is Wealth

An old maxim rightly says 'Health is wealth." One can enjoy all the pleasures and achieve success in life as long as he is healthy. Therefore, one has to make an earnest effort to stay fit. These efforts invariably include healthy diet habits and daily activity schedules like aerobics, yoga or pranayama.

What we eat has a direct impact on our body and mind. So, we must avoid fast food and alcohol. Our meals should include all necessary nutrients for repair and growth. With the increasing trend of 'ready to eat' or 'instant' food, people intake more processed food which is not good for our body. The busy working schedule leaves little time for our own health and fitness. As a result, people become susceptible to various health-related issues. A balanced diet and an active lifestyle are necessary for a healthy body.

A strict check on sedentary lifestyle should be kept. Daily exercises are a must along with meditation and/or pranayama. One shouldn't forget that a healthy mind resides in a healthy body.
