Good morning to our honorable principal sir respected teachers and all my dear friends. I am Vinoth of class 12 going to speak on the topic of Value of Early Rising.
Earl rising is good for human, as it is said that “early to bed early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise.” By rising early we get lots of benefits, in other words, we have some few extra time in which we can exercise which is good to keep body fit and fine, can have breakfast comfortably and we can plan for our whole day.
There are many scientifically proven advantages of this habit, one of them is “exercise in morning” early morning is the best part of the day. Birds begin to chirp, flower open up to the rays of sun, the breeze is cool and soothing and it is time to get up and go for walk and exercise which rejuvenates the body. Morning walk is healthier than evening walk due to the fresh environment, in other words , exercise in the morning give us chance to regain out mental and physical strength.
Another benefit of rising early in the term of health is “healthy breakfast”. For a healthy man breakfast plays an important role, because it keeps a man energetic throughout the day. But due to shortage of tie people are not able to make and have healthy breakfast. By rising early we get early. In addition, people who get up early in the morning get their goals easily and better than late riser because former has more time to think or to concentrate on their plans.

As it is claimed that "early to bed early to rise, makes a man healthy, wealthy and intelligent," early rising is helpful for people. Getting up early has several advantages, including giving us more time to exercise, which is excellent for maintaining a healthy physique, having a leisurely breakfast, and organising our entire day.
One of the numerous benefits of this practice is an exercise in the morning, which has been scientifically verified. The early morning is the greatest time of the day. The sun is shining, flowers are opening to the sun's rays, the air is cool and comforting, and it's time to get up and go for a walk or exercise to revitalise the body. In other words, morning exercise gives us a chance to replenish our mental and physical power. A morning stroll is healthier than an evening walk because of the fresh surroundings.
A healthy breakfast is another perk of getting up early in terms of health. Breakfast is crucial for a healthy guy since it gives him energy for the rest of the day. However, some cannot prepare and eat a nutritious breakfast due to a lack of time. We get up early by getting up early. Additionally, early risers achieve their goals more quickly and effectively than those who sleep in since they have more time to reflect or concentrate on their plans.
