Answer:
This incident happened a few months ago. The day was really superb. We(me and my friends) were enjoying well because it was festive time in the nearby temple. That day she(my bestie)had told me that she would be going to watch the latest release Bahubali 2 with her family. It was around midnight and me and my friends were waiting for the fireworks to start. Suddenly, my phone was vibrating. It was her on the other end. I stood silently and and walked away. Because it is very difficult for a boy like me to attend a girls(bestie) call infront of his male friends, since they would be making fun of the both of us. The phone was still vibrating, I rejected like I always used to ,because I am a JIO user and outgoing calls were free. Since our call has always been for hours she used to give me a missed call and I used to call her back. I called her.
She picked and said that on their way back home her car was having a breakdown and that they had called many but nobody had picked up the call. So she called me for help. When I heard that for the first time it felt like butterflies in my stomach. I did not know what to do. So I asked her. She told me to get my car and come to a particular spot. I asked one of my friend to lend me his bike's key and went home. I had my home key with me. I got inside and managed to find the car key. I opened the gate and made her a call once again to make sure what I heard a few minutes before was right. She said the same again. I took my car and drove as fast as I could. When i reached there I saw a car being pushed by a man alone. It was her father. She was standing next to him. Her whole family was inside. I parked my car and enquired what went wrong. I asked her father to let me park his car in the nearby Petrol Station and offered to drive them home. He did not decline. Everybody got out except her grand parents and her mother (who was seated at the driving seat) and we(her father, brother, herself and myself) started pushing. She was standing next to me and making funny noises while pushing. It was like she is the only one pushing the car. She whispered something like:-
Bahubali, bahubali, bahubali....
Then, I remembered her saying that she had been to the film 'Bahubali 2'.
We told the watchman of that petrol pump everything and parked the car in a corner. But there was another problem: I was having a 4 seater vehicle and there were 8 people including me. Her father told me that he along with her mother and brother will come in a auto, and asked me to drive the rest of the family home. And I agreed. They got an auto from a rickshaw stand and I started the car and drove as slow as I can. Her grandfather was sitting next to me at the front and he asked me few things about my family and all. Her home was getting closer. Grandfather asked me whether I have been to her home before. I said no but I knew her home well even though I had not been inside it. I acted like I don't know the whole route and drove according to the instruction given by her grandfather. We reached her home. Then there was another problem, home key was with her father and he has not there yet. Grandfather told me you shall leave now, but I told him I would just wait till they come. We waited for a few minutes. There was a rickshaw coming straight forth to the house and it was them. I said bye to everyone and left. She just smiled. I smiled in return.
I drove back to the ground near the temple where the fireworks were set. But there was nothing left there. I missed it. I told friends friends everything that happened with only a single change. I just replaced 'her' with 'him' . I reached my home with that friend whose bike was in my home, and parked the car. I said bye to my friend and got inside. I just did everything silently and nobody in my house was aware of anything going on. I went to sleep quietly. The next day when I woke up I felt like saying everything happened last night to my parents and I did the same. They said it was a good thing that I did, but they felt bad that I did everything without them knowing.
She never thanked me for it. And I never felt it that way. She has never said this to anyone as far as I know. But I share this since this was the first and foremost thing that came to my mind when I read the question.
Now that's us. I take this opportunity to thank the person behind the camera too. Yeah, it's a plandid.
She is what she is and whatever she might be, she is my bestie.
