Grandma: I am fine my son.

Me: What are your real name and your age?

Grandma: my name is RABI AMUDA, a  native of Lagos, am presently 70 years old.

Me: What is your father name and from which tribe do you come from

Grandma: from the tribe of sutu and father names is kuhka.

Me: At what age did you got married to AMUDA?

Grandma:l got married to him at the age of 26 year

Me: how many children were you bless with?

Grandma: I am blessed with 5 children 3 boys and 2 girls.

Me: What is your husband's job?

Grandma: my husband is a businessman

Me: thank you, mama, how did you changed the lives of woman in your time?

Grandma:l open and educational program for many of them.

Grandma l:trained some of them with handwork, invented a small  scale financial program to empower their business

Me: since then mama, what has your success and observation in women

Grandma:l thank God to see many lives of our women became a model to other nations.

Me; thanks grandma for taking some of your time.

You: Was life different then?

Granny: Yes, life was very different then. You enjoy more freedom and facilities than I did when I was your age.

You: Really?

Granny: Yes, we were not allowed to go out of home; we were not allowed to even stand at the gate.

You: How could that be? It means you did not play with your friends!

Granny: Yes! We had to do the house-hold chores! We were not even sent to schools for education.

You: This is ridiculous! Then did you not complain about it?

Granny: We could not because that’s what everyone did to the girls. Girls were discriminated against a lot!

You: That’s very bad. Thank God, I am born in the modern times. My parents have given me so much freedom!
