Interviewer: Hello Ma'am, Thank you for taking your time to meet us.
Doctor: No problem. Good Morning.
I : In today's world more and more children are falling prey to disorders that happen during older years. Could improper diet be a reason?
D: Of course. there is so much junk in a child's meals, it is not surprising.
I: What do you thinks should constitute an ideal diet?
D: Less of fried items, of course. Enough of vitamins, carbohydrates, proteins and fats are a must as well. A lot of children drink just a glass of milk for their breakfast and I can't tell you how unhealthy that is. They should be given a proper full breakfast and milk can be given during the evenings after school. Alongwith a proper diet, it is also necessary for them to have physical activities like sports.
I: Yes..
D: Completely avoiding junk food in itself can being about a lot of change.
I: I see.. Thank you, ma'am. Have a nice day.

Interviewer: Good day, Ma'am. We appreciate you taking the time to meet with us.

Doctor: It's no problem. Hello and good morning.

I: In today's environment, an increasing number of children are becoming victims of diseases that develop during their adolescent years. Is it possible that a poor diet is to blame?

D: Without a doubt. It's not shocking that a child's meals contain so much trash.

I: What do you think a perfect diet should consist of?

D: Of certainly, fewer fried foods. A sufficient supply of vitamins, carbs, proteins, and lipids is also required. I can't tell you how unhealthy it is for many children to consume just a glass of milk for breakfast. They should be given a full breakfast, and milk can be offered after school in the evenings. Physical activities, such as sports, are also required in addition to a proper diet.

I: Yes..

D: Completely avoiding junk food in itself can being about a lot of change.

I: I see.. Thank you, ma'am. Have a nice day.
