Natural vegetation is the total plant life of a particular region that has developed in an environment untouched by man and is the combined result of prevailing climate, soil and biotic conditions. Natural vegetation in India, below a height of about 915 m. above mean sea level, is almost everywhere of the tropical type. Natural vegetation in India has undergone a drastic biotic change.

The vegetational process in India done by Indian farmers.

Preparation of soil: It means preparation of good soil which contains rich nutrients in which crops grow.

Sowing: Sowing the crops properly by line after the soil preparation process.

Add manure and fertilizers: Add manure which is dung and vegetable waste to crops and also chemical fertilizers prepared in factories. The cow mostly helps in Indian farming and manure is prepared in the fields.

Irrigation: Irrigation is the most important step taken by Indian farmers, in this process about ninety percent of water is released. In this process water is given to crops and flora.

Protecting from weeds: This is the most important task done by Indian farmers to grow crops, which is to separate other waste plants. It takes a lot of time and also helps in getting the main crop independently and healthy.

Harvesting: Now, farmers are very short for storing their crops, in this process crops are harvested by the farmers after composting.

Storage: This is the last stage of this vegetation process. It is kept for a long time. It should be protected from moisture, insects, other mice, and microorganisms. They destroy crops by other attacks.
