We all know that we are here to live. We have been blessed with life and we should not let our way of living ruin the long journey of human evolution. Sorry for the scientific stuff but we are humans a part of science right?

This should be the most important letter for all the youths out there searching for happiness and joy. Everyone dream of happiness and joy yet has no idea how to get it. I read this somewhere and that the best investment we can have is investing in ourselves. So my friends lets invest in ourselves and make happiness and joy a coice of our life not a destination or something to be seeked the whole life till we reach to point that death will be calling and we won't be able to make it to happiness and joy. I would assume you understood. So let's us start a campaign for the youth of this nation called 100 days of sweat. For some initial days you will hate it and not only you I will hate it but don't forget death is coming closer and closer to engulf you from life. This is fun fighting for life without dying, right?

I am one of you and saw this as a crisis in our nation. Lets make a change and start with ourselves. I have Started mine 100 days of sweat it's time for you and all the others reading this letter. Let's do it and make a change and once again death the comman enemy *The death*.
