I will never forget that evening. It was the New Year eve and I was not expecting anything exiting to happen. I was laying in my couch watching T.V. but then my mobile phone rang up, I was still feeling a bit sloppy and lazy so in no hurry rolled over onto my side and grasped the phone. The call was from my good friend Sarah, it was unusual as she told me she would be out with her family for the holidays, however I indeed picked up. She started the conversation off normally , the most basic conversating you could possibly thing of mostly consisting of hi,how was your day/is everything alright . But then she rises up a question that rather confused me, she asked me could I dress up and met her in the city. It's so cold!Was she out of her ind, plus this late. How ever, I did own her one so I dressed up and left to met her as I had nothing better to do. At the center she did not make me wait long and arrived rather quick giving me a warm smile. "what was the reason for us to met up?" I asked, rather confused, but she just giggled at me. "I've got a surprise for you" she almost sang out in an exited voice. I followed her, now curious of what my good old Sarah could have prepared for me, although I felt awkward since I didn't get her anything myself. We arrived at a cafe and she leads me to a table, as we walk up my eyes widen in shook, It was my older brother coming back from the navy. I quickly nearly ran to him, with tearful eyes, and pulled him into a tight bear hug. We spent the evening with Sarah and some other friends. It was a great New Years eve!
