My brother was a police officer who loved serving and help keep the people safe. He joined the police force right after his graduation, and he felt complete. He felt his life got better when he learned of his new posting which was in our village. He felt happy to be back at the place he was raised and promised to work hard to help everyone and keep them safe.
One day, a photo of a deadly dacoit was circulated among the police and he, along with the whole police went to try to capture the man before he could harm anyone. Along with my cousin, they were chasing the dacoit in the forest when out of nowhere, a gunshot was heard. Turns out the gun was aimed at my brother who was in front of my cousin, and it hurt him so much that my cousin had to abandon the chase and bring back my brother, carrying him on his shoulders. Even in his last breath, he expressed his happiness to die while doing his duty of protecting people.
