Sub: Remission of fine
Respected Madam:
I wish to state that I was fined by my class-teacher for misbehavior in the class. The truth is I did not misbehave with her at all. she had asked me to sit at the back desks; I entreated to her to let me sit at the front desk. My eye-sight is quite poor. However, she took it for misbehavior. You can see the recording of the CCTV of May 4, 2018, First Period. I have apologized to the class-teacher and requested her to remit me the fine. My father is a laborer who earns only as much as is sufficient to make both ends meet. The class-teacher has refused to remit my fine. I appeal to your good-self for the remission of the fine. I shall be grateful. Thanking you.
Yours faithfully,

Respected Madam,
With due respect, it is stated that, I have been a regular student of this college for last two years. Unfortunately, an unpleasant incident happened in the class. Teacher ordered me to leave the class for my misbehavior.
Teacher got angry and fined me Rs.100. Now that I have realized my mistake and the teacher has also forgiven me. I humbly request you to remit the fine. I promise that I shall behave well in future.
Yours faithfully,
XXXX.
