The ' Treaty of vienna 1815 ' was passed by the great European power met at for drawing up a settlement for euorpe. it's impact were as follows:

1) All the monarchies were restored that had been overthrown by napoleon.

2) the bourbon dynasty had been restored tha had been overthrown by Napoleon

3) It created the feeling of revolution among Liberal Nationalist.

4) Cencorship was imposed to control what was said in newspaper, books etc.

5) due to the fear of repression liberal nationalist started forming secret societies. 

It became one of the cause for the revolution of 1848
