Let take the denominator 1 of both -2 and 0

Multiply both the denominator by 10

\dfrac{-2}{1} × \dfrac{10}{10} = \dfrac{-20}{10}

⟹ ..\dfrac{0}{1} × \dfrac{10}{10} = \dfrac{0}{10}

The three rational numbers between -2 and 0 are

\dfrac{-19}{10} , \dfrac{-18}{10} , \dfrac{-17}{10}
