There are many reasons of water pollution.

A few reasons of water pollution are as follow:

• if there is a fault or defect in sewage system so all dirty water will be mixed with river water or sea then whole water will be polluted.
• Too much industrialisation and industrial discharges will be responsible for water pollution.
• radioactive waste discharge is also one of the prominent reason.
• excess use of fertilizers and pesticides are also major reasons.
• chemical recharges and oil spilling in water.
