Answer:
have shown kindness and compassion many time but I think it would take away the pleasure I get from doing these things were I to tell about them. It would be very uncomfortable. Many people do kind things but not for any reason except they want to do what is right, not to be glorified.

An incident in my life when I treated someone with kindness is described below:
- Every day, in the evenings, I go for an evening walk in the park, which is close to my house. One such fine day, while I was heading toward the park, I noticed a small child, about 10 years of age, selling pens. He was probably out there helping his family afford a living. No one seemed to give any attention to that child. Yet, he did not lose his hope. He went on, with the same enthusiasm. Then I saw that kid approaching me. He very politely asked me if I wanted to buy a pen. I just wanted to help him in any way possible. So I gave him some money and said that I wanted nothing in return. He refused to take the money. His condition was that he will accept the money for the pens I buy. This made me a little emotional and so I bought the entire set of pens. This made him very happy.
- I believe that it is such little acts of kindness that makes us good human being. Such acts may seem like small acts, but they might have a huge impact on others' lives.
