eukaryotic cells contain membrane bound organelles including a nuclear eukaryotic can be single -celled or multi -celled such as you, me ,plants ,fungi and insect. bacteria are example of prokaryotes. prokaryotic cells do not contain a nuclear or any other membrane- bound organelles

the cells having nuclear material without membrane  are termed as prokaryotic cells. 
the cells having a well organised nuclear membrane is termed as eukaryotic cells.
