Since, any equation to have graphical representations as parallel lines it should be in the form:

a1 / a2 = b1 / b2 is not equal to c1/ c2

Therefore....

The req.d equation which satisfies this condition is:

 \sqrt{2x} - \sqrt{3y} = 8

Now, if u compare this with ...

 \sqrt{2x} - \sqrt{3y} = 5

It clearly satisfies the condition...
